I Quartieri , Holiday House and b & b is a new proposal for tourist accommodation, created to give as pleasant as possible the stay of its guests.In a structure finished to totally renovate on 2011, with lift, located in the heart of the historic center of Palermo, just a short walk from the major attractions of the city, monumental - the Teatro Massimo and Politeama, the Museum of Modern Art, Riso Palace, the Quattro Canti, Piazza Pretoria, the Palatine Chapel, the Zisa - old folk, - the three traditional markets, Capo , Ballarò and Vucciria - and the commercial streets - Via Libertà , Ruggero Settimo and Maqueda.

The structure of "IQuartieri" is consisting of four rooms and two apartments with kitchen area, all six of the accommodations have private bathrooms.The apartments are on top of a vintage building, both have a terrace overlooking Piazza.S.Onofrio, central, quiet at night,but at the same time full of life and movement."IQuartieri", is located in the "Monte di Pietà" area vibrant, without excesses.
