The B&B L'Oleandro is born from the desire of the owners, Sergio and Delia, to enjoy the pleasure of our guests experience a relaxing environment surrounded by nature, far from pollution, noise and bustle of the city.
The structure stands in the frame of the typical Mediterranean countryside inland from Pescara and is located atop a hill covered with an olive grove. From here gaze embraces the gentle hills around until you see the one hand the massive peaks of the Gran Sasso and the Maiella and the other the Adriatic Sea. The land is dotted with picturesque villages that retain a wealth of history, art, folklore and gastronomy. Beaches (Montesilvano) can be reached by car in 20 minutes, the Abruzzi Apennines in less than one hour. The B & B The Oleander offers its guests two apartments with separate entrance, private bathroom, equipped kitchen, panoramic view, free Wi-Fi area, one of which is particularly suitable for families with children, as equipped with crib, changing table and washing machine. For guests there are also a large garden and a covered terrace for breakfast (strictly based on local produce), relax or play with their children. The B & B The Oleander is located about 3 km from downtown Loreto Aprutino. It is far about 20 km from the airport and train station of Pescara. In addition, customers can enjoy lots of agreements that the B&B L'Oleandro has concluded with a tour guide, museums, restaurants, manufacturers of specialty of the house (cheese, wine, cakes), spas, and more.

Fare
Prices are per person per day and vary depending on the season from a minimum of € 20.00 to a maximum of € 30.00. Children under 6 years have a 50% reduction of the rates indicated. Rates include breakfast, electricity, heating and water supply and linen, including bathroom (twice weekly), daily cleaning, final cleaning, parking.
