Recently opening, in an oasis of peace, 6 km from the historical centre of Perugia and the airport of S.Egidio (Lirz), 11 Km from Assisi.

The B&B offers the upper floor of the semi-detached villa, with an attic, well-lit and furnished with care.

It consists of a suite with a separate entrance, with two double rooms, bathroom, living room; in spring and summer, breakfast is served in the porch of the house, surrounded by a large garden.

The B&B offers enclosed parking spot, camper stop; it's ideal for bikers and nature lovers.

Smoking is forbidden indoors.

The B&B offers a suite with:

2 double rooms with the possibility of adding a third bed or crib, one furnished in ethnic style and the other in a “romantic” style with a terrace.

1 large bathroom with a shower.

1 living room with fireplace and a small panoramic balcony, for eating breakfast and consulting in comfort the tourist material, which we provide.

Check in from 16.00 to 21.00 .

Check out not later than 11.00.

Cash payment on arrival, credit cards are not accepted.

Possible activities include:

Strolls on foot or by bicycle in the plains and hills of the area, with views of Assisi and Monte Subasio, and in the adjoining green zone which winds its way into the Tevere natural park;

Birdwatching (even from inside the garden);

Trips to Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Spello, Gubbio, Trevi, Montefalco, and Foligno;

Excursions to the Park of the Trasimeno, the Park of Monte Cucco, Park of the Sibillini, fluvial Park of the Tevere, etc;

Courses : Music courses of familiarisation with medieval string instruments, the viola da gamba and the violoncello, for adults and children.
