Tucked away 20 minutes from the historic town of Perugia, we are an eco-friendly, family run B and B which you can escape and explore the country side, vineyards and picturesque scenary all of which are right on our door step.

You will be able to spend a quiet weekend or explore and take advantage of the house and use it as a case camp to explore the arts, sport and nature of the entire region.

We want to pay particular attention to the environment and we cather towards those that share our passion.

We believe strongly that everyone can contribute to the environment and share in the splendour of the Eco Seagull Bed and Breakfast.

 

The B&B could be defined as a biological and ecological sustainable way of life, not just a temporary attitude toward coexisting with the environment.

Room 2: This is the ideal room for the family. We cater for up 4 people. A great room for a family vacation.

 

The bathroom is for exclusive use for B and B guests.
